ABOUT US
With family and the people you love,
slow down and feel completely at ease.
The Cozy Nest is a private whole-house rental for one group per day, nestled beside a river and a row of cherry blossom trees in Kawanehoncho, Shizuoka.
Outside the windows, the beauty of nature surrounds you while the gentle sound of songbirds brings a gentle calmness. Children can enjoy playing freely and adults can escape from the busy everyday to enjoy the easier quietness of the mountains.
A place that feels comforting and familiar, even while you are away from home.
A place where family and loved ones can gather, relax, and enjoy time in their own way.

More Freedom When
Traveling with Children
Traveling with Children
As a mother raising two children, I have always planned family trips around my children’s needs.
The Cozy Nest brings together, little by little, all the things I have wished for on my own family travels. Here you will find a place where babies can crawl comfortably, children can play freely, and where adults can relax with peace of mind.
Whether you are traveling with three generations of family or with family friends, everyone can spend unhurried time together without worrying about those around them.

The Guest Cottage also has its own washbasin and toilet, making the house especially convenient for multi-generational families and groups.
We prepare the rooms to suit your family or group.
Please select your preferred sleeping layout when making your reservation.

* The maximum occupancy of the entire property is 10 guests.
